Tallulah will not replace any lost or broken pieces due to an accident or normal wear and tear. Sterling silver is soft and somewhat delicate. It should be removed when sleeping, showering and swimming as well as when playing sports or in any other situation where your piece may be tugged on or in contact with lotions or chemicals.

**Please be sure to specify the layout of your necklace when ordering the personalized handwriting or name jewelry. We are pretty cool (just kidding) but we can't read minds. If you have not specified exactly what you would like on your piece of jewelry we will just fit the wording on the bar or disc however it will fit/look best.**
